CEO/Lead Instructor

Matt Cheun began his career in the United States Marine Corps. During his military service, Matt specialized in conducting overwatch operations as well as the clandestine surveillance and tracking of personnel in a wide range of environments.

Matt's military package included land based reconnaissance, amphibious reconnaissance, small boat operations, small unit tactics, counter surveillance, demolition operations, land/ nautical navigation, urban assault training and a number of small unit tactics courses.

Upon conclusion of his service, Matt transitioned into the private sector by working contracts both within and outside of the US, conducting mobile security, close protection and counter surveillance operations. 

After his time contracting, he moved into the Executive Protection industry where he protects some of the highest A-List clients both in their professional lives and personal lives.

While working as a close protection specialist he also was an instructor at a well known EP academy where he found his love for instructing the ever changing techniques of performance shooting. Matt began competing and training heavily with some of the best instructors in the industry in order to further his skillset. Through different testing and real world application, he focused on creating curriculums that were rooted in efficiency, proficiency, confidence and effectiveness.
